Purpose & Commitment
These Rules, Terms, Conditions and Regulations are designed for the use, management, maintenance, and preservation of Ogboru Royal Vaults and Gardens and for the protection of the rights of the Owners of interment space therein. They are intended to:

- •Foster a reasonably safe environment for all persons who enter or work within the Garden
- •Facilitate the maintenance of the Garden to the highest standards
- •Protect the rights and interests of all plot owners
- •Ensure dignified and respectful treatment of all interment spaces
The Management has adopted Rules and Regulations that are reasonable, fair and safe. Constructive suggestions as to content, implementation, and enforcement of these Rules and Regulations are welcome and compliance is anticipated and will be appreciated.

Legal Recognition
Ogboru Royal Vaults and Gardens is a registered Company under the Corporate Affairs Commission Company and allied matters act 2020. Our operations are governed by Osun State Cemetery Laws and Local Government Bye Laws, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.
We maintain comprehensive records of all interment spaces, ownership documentation, and placement of human remains in accordance with legal requirements. All certificates of vault occupancy are issued free of charge for each burial.

Our facility is easily accessible and welcomes visitors during operating hours. The gates open at 7:00 a.m. and close at dusk. For inquiries or to arrange a visit, please contact our office during business hours.
